Ananda Residences

Ananda Residences is an off-plan freehold project by Tiger Group in Dubai Motor City, within Al Hebiah First. The current official project page and Tiger launch communication describe two 54-storey residential towers with 982 fully furnished homes: 343 studios, 460 one-bedroom apartments, 155 two-bedroom apartments and 24 three-bedroom duplexes. The launch communication also records five parking levels and five commercial spaces. Published residential layouts range from approximately 367 to 2,044 sqft, while the amenity programme includes outdoor and resort-style pools, gym and health club, spa and jacuzzi, tennis and basketball, kids play areas, running and walking tracks, landscaped social spaces and barbecue facilities. DLD-linked records identify project number 3535, ACTIVE status, a 31 May 2028 target and 1,027 registered units, which differs from the official 982-home marketing mix and must be checked against the current registered schedule. Phase One and Property Finder inventory have been reported sold out, but the official page still invites availability enquiries, so current stock may be phase-specific, direct, assignment or resale.
